These terms apply when you hire me for copywriting or marketing work through this site, WhatsApp or email. Every project also gets a written scope, a message or a short proposal with the deliverables, deadline and price. If the scope and these terms disagree, the scope wins.

Direct-response copywriting and related marketing work: landing pages, ads and hooks, emails and sequences, funnels, video and webinar scripts, and launch copy. All work is done remotely and delivered as written documents, usually in Google Docs.
Before any work starts, I send you a scope: what I write, the deadline, how many revision rounds are included, and the price. Prices on this site are starting points in US dollars: single assets from USD 1,500, full launches from USD 5,000. The price you pay is the one in your scope. If VAT applies to your project, it is shown on your invoice.
You pay 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. I send each part as an invoice by email, and you pay it on a secure Stripe page by card or another method shown there. I never see or store your full card number.
Work starts when the deposit is paid. The balance is due within 7 days of delivery. The final files and the rights to the copy pass to you once the full amount is paid.
The deadline in your scope counts from the day the deposit is paid and I have the materials I asked for, such as access to your offer, past copy, reviews or data. If materials or feedback arrive late, the deadline moves by the same number of days.
Unless your scope says otherwise, each project includes two rounds of revisions, requested within 14 days of delivery. A revision is a change inside the agreed brief. A new direction, a new offer or an extra asset is new work, and I quote it separately before doing it. If you don't ask for revisions within 14 days, the work counts as accepted.
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
If you hire me as a private person, not for a business, and you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days from the day we agree the scope to cancel without giving a reason. To cancel, write to me by email.
If you want me to start within those 14 days, you ask for it in writing. If you then cancel inside the 14 days, you pay only for the part of the work already done. Once the work is fully delivered at your request, the right to cancel ends. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law in your country gives you.
I write copy to sell, and I can't promise a specific number of sales, sign-ups or clicks. Results depend on your traffic, offer, price, design and timing, and I don't control those. The results in my case studies come from past projects and are not a promise for yours.
After full payment, the copy I wrote for you is yours. You can use it, edit it and publish it anywhere. Until then, the rights stay with me. I show your work in my portfolio, or mention your name, only if you say yes.
You confirm that you have the right to give me the materials you send, and that your product and the claims you ask me to make are legal where you sell. I don't write for products that promise miracle cures, and I may stop a project if a claim looks misleading. Before you publish, you check the copy against the rules of your industry and country.
I keep your business information confidential and use it only for your project.
My total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid me for it. This limit doesn't apply where the law doesn't allow it, and it doesn't reduce your rights as a consumer.
These terms follow Romanian law. If something goes wrong, write to me first, most problems get solved in one or two messages. If you are a private client, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country and can go to the courts there.
I may update these terms from time to time. Your project follows the version that was on this page on the day we agreed your scope.
